Bruce
C.E. Russell,
B.A., LL.B.
Bruce was born in Lethbridge and grew up in Lethbridge and area. A graduate of the University of Lethbridge and University of British Columbia Law School, Bruce practiced in Vancouver for 32 years as head of his own firm prior to moving to a small ranch near Twin Butte in a semi-retirement attempt and joining North & Company in their Blairmore and Pincher Creek offices.
Bruce is a founding director of several Canadian societies based in Vancouver and British Columbia, including S.P.A.R.C. (Society of the Preservation of Antique Radio in Canada) and is a current and active director of the Waterton Natural History Society and a founding director of the Chinook Area Land Users Association.
In addition to general practice, Bruce's preferred areas of practice include corporate, commercial, contract and real estate.
The Waterton area has proven an idyllic locale for Bruce, wife Eileen and family and Bruce's practice, antique radios, guitars and penchant for flying.
