Tyler is an articling student with a focus in litigation. He works with an array of clients in areas such as family, personal injury, employment, municipal, and more.   
Before starting his legal journey, Tyler worked as a biologist where he contributed to the areas of plant physiology and global warming research. The research Tyler helped perform lead to a published paper tracking global warming trends and affects in Southern Alberta. Tyler has brought his analytical skills he developed in the sciences to his approach to law. With an attention to detail and a focus on open communication and transparency, Tyler can help move your matter forward in an efficient manner. 

Tyler is a passionate advocate of Indigenous rights and has used his legal platform in his personal life to advance educational reform of Canada’s law schools. Tyler is a graduate of the Program of Legal Studies for Native Peoples (PLSNP) and has been a proud member of the Indigenous Bar Association. Tyler was also the first Indigenous Academic Success Developer at the University of Alberta Law School, where he developed programming to ensure the support of Indigenous law students.

Outside of law, Tyler is an avid cook and enjoys teaching friends and family how to prepare new and delicious recipes. Tyler is also interested in learning new languages and says he wants to speak five languages by the time he is thirty.
